1. The caliber of water meter shall be selected according to the water consumption size to be close to the commonly used flow.
2. Additional working conditions: a) flow scale Q1 ~ Q3; b) ambient temperature: 5 ℃ ~ 55 ℃; c) water temperature: less than or equal to 30 ℃; d) ambient temperature at 40 ℃ (0 ~ 100)% RH; E) water pressure: 0.03 ~ 1.0MPa.
3. According to the prompts on the scale plate or cover of the water meter, the horizontal device with "H" mark, the vertical device with "V" mark, the scale plate of the water meter facing up, the arrow of the case consistent with the flow direction of the pipeline, and the upstream of the water meter shall be equipped with control valve to facilitate the removal, replacement and repair of the water meter.
4. The orientation of the water meter shall avoid exposure, freezing, pollution and flooding. The water meter installed in the field should be avoided as far as possible in the high cold area. The methods of sunscreen and antifreeze should be adopted to avoid the exposure and frost crack of the water meter, which will affect the normal operation.
5. In order to make the water meter work normally for a long time, the water meter should always be full of water. If it is possible for air to enter the water meter, a vent valve shall be installed upstream of the water meter.
6. The water meter shall not be damaged due to the impact or vibration of the surrounding environment of the device, and the excessive stress caused by the pipes and pipe fittings shall be avoided. If necessary, the water meter shall be installed on the base or bracket.
7. The water temperature at the pole and the temperature at the pole shall be avoided to damage the water meter and the external environment corrosion shall be avoided to damage the water meter.
8. The upstream and downstream water pipes shall be fixed properly to ensure that when the water meter is removed or the connection of one side is disconnected, any part will not be displaced due to the thrust of water.
9. If the megameter is installed at the water inlet of the boiler, a check valve shall be installed at the water outlet end of the water meter, and the water meter shall be kept away from the check valve as far as possible to avoid damage of the water meter due to heat conduction of metal pipeline and hot water return.
10. Before the water meter is installed, the sundries in the pipeline must be removed. When installing the water meter, pay attention to the connection length of the water meter. When the distance between the two pipes exceeds the connection length of the water meter, the distance between the pipes shall be corrected to meet the connection length of the water meter. Otherwise, if the distance is too large, the forced device will form the crack and damage of the connection thread end of the water meter or the pipe joint or the connection nut and the connection flange. If the distance is too small, the water meter cannot be installed. If the two pipes of the water meter are not on the same axis In addition, the pipeline shall be calibrated on the same axis through other ways to meet the device requirements of the water meter.
11. In the long-term use of water meter, if there are sundries, rust and other deposits in the pipeline, it is inevitable to block the water filter network and affect the water supply and accurate measurement. If the above situation occurs, contact the local water company and deal with it, and do not dismantle it by yourself.
12. When the megameter is not used, if the pointer rotates slightly, it is caused by unstable water pressure in the pipeline or other factors. It is recommended to close the control valve upstream of the meter or the check valve of the water inlet device when the meter is not used.
