Introduction:

The nb-iot non-magnetic sensor direct reading remote water meter is based on wlrrs type sensor. The electronic part of wlrrs type sensor based on the principle of radio frequency emission and the semicircle reflector allow non-metallic materials, which can realize the mechanical and electrical separation. It is an intelligent water meter with high mechanical and electrical conversion accuracy, which can be used for cold water and can not be used for measuring sewage and corrosive liquid. The water meter cooperates with the operator It combines the electromechanical conversion signal with nb-iot network data transmission technology to realize wireless signal data transmission, real-time collection of residential water meter usage, centralized storage and unified management of data, reduces manual labor, greatly improves work efficiency, provides basis for management, statistics and analysis of energy usage of water department, and makes management more scientific , more efficient.


Product use
Each user table can be opened / closed through the management platform. It is used to measure the total amount of domestic tap water, hot water and direct drinking water, and has intelligent charging and management functions; it is an intelligent instrument with photoelectric direct reading and sensing reading, and can transmit data and switch valves through nb-iot Internet of things, which is suitable for small industrial water and domestic water metering.
Product characteristics
A it is installed and used like ordinary water meter, small in size, low in power consumption and strong in penetration. It can realize automatic meter reading when installed on water pipe.
B. the non-magnetic sensor direct reading technology is used to complete the electromechanical conversion of the water meter in a non-contact way. The accuracy of the conversion metering signal can reach 1 liter. The independent positive and negative pulse signal line outputs a positive or negative pulse in a rotation cycle. The sensor can accurately judge the positive and reverse.
C. the water meter end can store historical readings, provide freezing data function, and easily realize step water price data. Abnormal reset does not affect the pulse data; power failure does not save the data.
D structure is simple, it can realize electromechanical separation and is not sensitive to strong magnetic interference (10000 Gauss strong magnetic field has no effect).

K has the functions of temperature detection, signal strength detection, battery voltage detection, etc
L the cumulative metering data and sensor status after power on can be queried through COM signal line; the module working status can be judged by the module self check status.
If the M module is abnormal, it can be reset; if it still works abnormally after reset, it can be reported as abnormal and replaced in time.
