Introduction:The water meter adopts the photoelectric direct reading technology to read the data of the wheel. Compared with the traditional pulse remote meter and the plug-in pulse meter, it can reduce the reading error to zero. It is an intelligent remote water meter with zero error realized by the electromechanical conversion in the automatic meter reading system. The module is designed with low power consumption, usually without power supply, only when the meter reading or valve acts, it is powered by the meter reading bus. The water meter adopts the rotor dry metering structure, the impeller and counter are driven by magnetism, the combination of the word wheel and the pointer is displayed, which has the characteristics of convenient reading, long-term clarity, anti freezing, high metering accuracy, remote meter reading, beautiful appearance, safety and health, long service life, etc. Meter and acquisition equipment are connected by M-BUS or RS-485 bus, remote intelligent reading of water consumption data of user's water meter, networking and data sharing with settlement center.



Product use
It is used to measure the total amount of domestic tap water, hot water and direct drinking water, and has the function of intelligent charge and management; the water meter adopts the photoelectric direct reading technology to take the data of the word wheel, the meter and the collection equipment adopt the M-BUS or RS-485 bus connection, the remote intelligent reading, transmission data, opening and closing the valve intelligent instrument, which is suitable for small industrial water and domestic water measurement.
Product features
A zero reading error: photoelectric direct reading technology is used to read the data of the wheel, and the reading data at any time is consistent with the value of the mechanical wheel of the water meter, without accumulated error.
B. strong anti-interference ability: non-magnetic components, non-interference by magnetic substances, anti strong light interference ability of patented technology, self shielding function when encountering strong light interference in reading operation, to ensure accurate reading.

D use security: the data flow directly reaches the platform service terminal through the operator's base station, without any other intermediate network.
E. convenient installation: direct reading water meter + will lose data due to power failure and network failure.
G automatic initialization setting (applicable to M-BUS): the system can automatically complete the full-automatic initialization setting of all the equipment information in the system, including the full-automatic remote input of all the initialization information of the collector and the metering device, reducing the labor intensity of construction and avoiding the input error.
H high integration design: it can embed valve control module, integrated design and simplify wiring.

Connection mode

The communication line of M-BUS water meter is not connected in polarity. Except for connecting the lead wire according to the wiring diagram of large caliber valve control meter, the other water meters with valve control function are the same.

Communication wiring
The communication line of M-BUS water meter is connected with the down reading bus of collector or collector, regardless of polarity, so as to avoid short circuit between communication lines or other metals such as meter case and pipeline.
